Refund & Returns Policy
Warranty
There is a 60 day Warranty period in which manufactured defective merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit with no additional charge. In order to receive credit promptly, package defective merchandise by item numbers in original packaging. If defective merchandise is not packaged properly, please allow 3 months for credit to be issued. Merchandise returned for reasons other than manufactured defects should be sent back within 3 days of receipt. Such returned goods will incur a twenty percent 20% restocking fee.
Merchandise returned after 60 day warranty period will be credited based upon current prices. To maintain our low prices, we do not pay the return freight for defective merchandise. However, we do pay shipping for replacements. Items must first be received before replacements will be sent.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
A credit memo will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. Processing fee may be applied if customer deducts returned merchandise values from their final invoice.
